Inspiration

About 8 months ago I purchased a Line 6 Spider IV 75 amp for some inspiration. Line 6 has always made great stuff and leads the pack with amp modeling and my last Line 6 purchase was the POD XT. After I bought the amp I got busy and had not played all summer until recently. I don’t know about you but I always research my new toys to death and have to find out all I can about them. In my travels I recently came across a video Line 6 posted on their YouTube channel starring the former Nevermore guitarist Jeff Loomis. Jeff has been using the Spider IV quite a bit and was show casing some of his patches. I wanted to share since they sound EXCELLENT! Now, this may not be a replacement for my Boogie head but I am certainly going to try recording the Spider IV to see what I can get out of it. In any case, check it out:

Back in the saddle again

Hello! Everyone needs a break once in awhile and man, did I take a good long one. For almost 2 years I have dabbled in other hobbies and interests putting audio recording on the back burner. It has been a good run but like any passion there is no escaping it. Somehow, someway over the years music comes back into my life time and time again. I can honestly say that the break has been refreshing but it is time again to start back up doing what I have always loved to do. Record bands.
